    Try fixing the issue using these solutions:

    I have been doing payroll from past 12 years. I believe you are using e-payment method while making payment of your tax liabilities. Well, there are multiple solutions for Unable to make E-payment problem, it depends on which one works for you:

    1. You can choose a selective startup option, some third-party application or software may cause conflict with QuickBooks due to which you may get Unable to make E-payment error.
    2. Please check your internet settings and make the changes for TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, TLS 1.2

    If the above solutions do not help you resolve the problem, then you may have to contact a QuickBooks Error Support expert for assistance.
