    Hello Justin!

Thanks for posting on our QASolved Community Forum.

Recording a voided check in QuickBooks is a straightforward process. I’ve recorded them in these steps:

If the check was blank, then:

    • From the banking menu, click on Write Checks.
    • Enter the Payees name, and add their account to the respective fields.
    • Open the Edit menu, and click on the Void Check.
    • Select Save and close.

If the check was already printed, then:

    • From the banking menu, click on Use register.
    • Select the account which you’d like to void.
    • Find the check from your register, and select it.
    • Open the Edit menu, and click on the Void Check.
    • Select Save and close.

If you still have concerns with the above steps, feel free to contact the QuickBooks Support Number 1-877-263-2742. They should help you out.

    Hope this helps.

    Hello Roger!

Thank you for coming to our Community Forum.

QuickBooks H202 error is a commonly occurring error in a multi-user environment. It could come when you are trying to transfer your company files across a network. This is common when a company file is shared across many users, it could cause these problems. QuickBooks cannot access the server of that particular system. Your hosting configuration settings could be incorrect. Your Firewall could also be blocking access to the external server for security reasons.

Usually, you can fix this easily by running the QB File Doctor Tool. There are other multiple solutions for this as well such as:

    • Test network connectivity
    • Use your workstation to ping your server name
    • Configure your network ports on your browser.
    • Configure your Firewall settings, as well your antivirus software to accept/send files to/from external sources.

In case you think any of these solutions didn’t work for you, or you’d like a more personalized explanation of the above, you are welcome to contact QuickBooks Tech help number 1-877-263-2742.

    Hope this helps.

    Cheers!
