Error while trying to scan a document in Quickbooks over the cloud

When I am trying to scan a document in quickbooks 2018 which is on the cloud, it says: “error launching tsscan 3 engine! quickbooks”. What should I do?

Since you are using QuickBooks on the cloud, there is a third party component known as TSScan that is required for scanning documents from your computer to the cloud. The error indicates the application is corrupt. Now in order to repair the component, you might have to get the TSScan application re-installed for which Administrator privileges are needed. Probably the best way to get this resolved is to either speak with a certified QuickBooks technician or contact the Cloud service provider.
