How to add QuickBooks 2017 firewall ports manually?

Whenever I am trying to run QuickBooks in multi-user mode, it keeps popping up with windows firewall is blocking error. I am using QuickBooks Pro-2017 in 2 computers. I have searched and did everything recommended that I found to fix this error. While running the file doctor, it says “add QuickBooks 2017 firewall ports manually”. I have uninstalled and reinstalled QuickBooks on my both computers. Even I have turned off the windows firewall still get this. The only thing which I am not able to do is to add firewall ports.
