How to implement QuickBooks multi-currency feature?

Good Morning, we in a process of expanding our business. We are in the process of signing up with vendors and customers in few countries across to the globe. Once we get ready to go, we will the receive and make payments. We have QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise in place and QuickBooks multi-currency is the in-built in it. We haven’t used it so far and would soon be required. To avoid errors, I am looking for detailed information about QuickBooks Multi-currency feature coupled with and expert counsel to go about it. You can receive payments from your overseas customers in QuickBooks. The multi-currency setting settings have to be done cautiously as it is hard to revert them.
