I can’t install QuickBooks, I’m getting an error 1303 in QuickBooks when I try?

I have copied all my data on the external hard drive to transfer it over to my new computer. Everything else is in place on new computer except QuickBooks Installation. After finding QuickBooks License Number and Product Number from my old laptop, I encountered QuickBooks Error code c=1303 while installing QuickBooks. I did Update windows on my new computer in order to resolve QuickBooks error code c=1303, that didn’t actually work. I still have couple of days to start using the new computer. I believe it just takes 30 minutes, if QuickBooks Installation Error 1303 doesn’t occur throughout the process. An early response is expected and will be valued.
