Not able to export reports to Excel from Quickbooks desktop

I am using QuickBooks Desktop and trying to export a Profit & Loss report to excel but its not working. I tried exporting other reports but same result. But I can work on excel without any problems outside of quickbooks. Can someone help me fix this problem?

QuickBooks has integration capabilities with much third-party software. Office 2016 & Office 365 are not an exception.

Note: The Click to Run, Trial, and Starter versions of Microsoft Office or Excel are not able to support the integration which is needed by QuickBooks.

Office 365 is only supported if it’s locally installed on your computer but not the web-based version.

Now, if you have already got Microsoft Office Suite installed on your computer, then ideally you should be able to easily export reports to excel, in case despite of the software being installed on your computer you are not able to see the export the excel option then you might have to first try to repair the MS Office application on your computer and then try to export your reports to excel.
