QuickBooks aborded

Hi, I am using QuickBooks Premier version. Whenever I leave my QuickBooks idle for a longer time, but when I start working on it. It gives me an error says aborded can you please tell me what’s wrong with my QuickBooks why I am getting this error, can you please help me to fix this issue?
