Why Am I getting QuickBooks Error 102? I am QuickBooks online user.

Hi, I have no Problems to sign-in to QuickBooks Online, everything works fine. I am not able to do bank reconciliation in QuickBooks online for I keep on getting error 102 while downloading bank transactions in QuickBooks. It is the same for the last 2 days and I am not able to figure out the causes of QuickBooks error 102. I also tried other browsers but have the same error. To avoid any further delay in bank reconciliations, can someone help me to resolve QuickBooks error 102. An early response is well appreciated, Thank You.
