Unable to customize reports in QuickBooks

I cannot customize my reports in QuickBooks! It doesn’t show the filter. Help!

Yes, this is currently a common issue with QuickBooks, which could prevent you from customizing your Profit and Loss report. This issue does not have any fix as of now.

However, you may still view the transaction detail by account report, and derive any data you need from there. You are welcome to contact QuickBooks Support at +1-855-875-1223 for more information regarding this.
