RE: Error 3371, Paystatus 1111, While Opening Quickbooks Desktop
Whenever we are trying to open QuickBooks Pro 2017 it leads to Error 3371, Paystatus 1111. Someone help!!
QuickBooks Error 3371 usually caused by one or more of the followings:
One of the components or QuickBooks Desktop is missing or corrupted.
- QBregistration.dat – This file contains QuickBooks license information. In every instance when we open QB Desktop, the license information needs to be retrieved and validated. If this file is corrupted, QuickBooks Desktop will not open and give you the same error.
- Damaged MSXML component – MSXML is a Microsoft component used by QuickBooks Desktop to run. MSXML helps QuickBooks Desktop retrieve the information in the Qbregistration.dat file allowing QuickBooks to open.
If your windows operating system is outdated or if you have any antivirus security which quarantined some QuickBooks important file.
Below steps can help you resolving the issue:
- You need to have the latest windows updates which allows all the components to update. These components will be providing a smooth platform to QB Desktop.
- Recreate or repair damaged EntitlementDataStore.ecml file to resolve license and registration issues.
- Reinstall QuickBooks after installing the latest windows updates.
If the issue still persists then follow the below mentioned steps, else you might have to perform a clean installation of QuickBooks Desktop.
