Error message in reports something’s not quite right
in the “Reporting” section, I can’t even try to run any reports. I’m getting red, “Something’s not quite right…Sorry, an unexpected error has occurred. Please try again” message. No details. And everyone else in my company is fine when they try to run reports from the same screen

Usually, this error occurs due to a browser issue or the system security issue in QuickBooks Online. As this error has never been reported in due to backend concern. We have some specific steps to perform in order to get rid of this concern.
- We can try to optimize the browser, as third-party browser add-ons may slow down your browser during the report download. It may not display the desired content due to incomplete download.
- Try clearing the browser cache.
- If the above steps do not help you then try to reset the browser.
