Not able to Open Invoices in QuickBooks Pro
I am using QuickBooks Pro 2015 but I am not able to open invoice. Can you please help me?
Understating the fact that invoice is a very important function for any organization. First of all, I will recommend upgrading your QuickBooks as QuickBooks 2015 is old software. But do not panic, QuickBooks provides lots of troubleshooting steps to fix this issue.
First of making sure your software updated. Please perform the following steps to update QuickBooks:

- Click on Help and choose Update QuickBooks

- Go to Update Now section

- Check the checkbox next to Reset Update

- Now click on Get Updates
Repair QuickBooks

- Go to Control Panel

- Select add and remove programs

- Choose QuickBooks xxxx (year) from the program list

- Right click on QuickBooks

- Click uninstall/change

- Click Continue and then Next

- Choose Repair and then Next. This process will take some time, depends on computer speed.

- Restart Computer
