Why does the QuickBooks error 176109 message keep appearing on my screen while I am trying to register my QuickBooks POS?

I work in a retail store and have been using the QuickBooks POS system to follow sales, customers and inventory effectively and quickly. I was required to add one more user in this system but when I tried to activate it, suddenly the QuickBooks error 176109 appeared on the screen. The IT person of the store tried to deal with it by performing a few procedures of resolution but nothing seems to get rid of the error. So, I looked around on the internet and I found your community. Can anyone please provide me with a solution quickly, so that we can get back to our business. Thanks in Advance.
