How to Export Deferred Compensation Report for 401K and more to Excel

We need to export a customized report that should contain payment information for a particular date range with hourly & salary Employee deferral 401K and 3% Employer Contribution for each employee which we want to be send to our 401k TPA

Deferred QuickBooks Compensation Report is the report which summarizes deferred compensation amounts for deductions, company contributions, and loans in Excel.  Follow the steps below to create this report.

  • Click on Reports > Employees and Payroll > More Payroll Reports in Excel > Deferred Compensation (for 401K & more).
  • It will open Excel. Click the Create Reports tab and select the Plan Type and date range for the report.
  • Choose the Report Options tab and select the options you want for your report.
  • Click on OK button > Create Report.
