How to fix it when tab and enter key stop working while creating invoice?

I’ve done several restarts on QB, several restarts on computer; checked, double checked and checked again my preferences, nothing helps. It’s not even consistent

Yes, that is a problem that could occur in the 2016 version of the software, on an occasional basis. If restarting your system doesn’t work, you could try updating your version to the latest release, as this could fix the issue.
