I would like to change the default body text for Remittance emails?

I would like to change the default body text for Remittance emails. Currently, I have to copy and paste over a now defunct message I had previously used

Sorry to hear about it. Let’s try to see if this below given points help you to resolve your issue.

Normally when you want to change these kinds of email remittance, we need to change it in QuickBooks preferences. Below are the steps which will help you to get the correct email templates. You can customize or edit these templates from the below steps:

    • Open your QuickBooks company file.

 

    • Go to Edit menu – Preferences option.

 

    • Click on Send form from the lest panel screen

 

    • Click on the company preference tab

 

    • You can now see your templates as shown in the above screen.

 

    • Here you can also add a new template of your own choice or edit the exiting one as below

 

    • On the left bottom screen, you can insert a new field like Name, Company name, Website, transaction number etc. of you own.
