Not able to activate QuickBooks Pro 2018
I have recently installed QuickBooks Pro 2018 on my computer but it does not allow me to activate it, When I click on Begin Activation it shows a blank white page.
Every time you install QuickBooks Pro Desktop, you need to register or activate the software. If you have multiple copies of QuickBooks Pro Desktop, you need to register or activate each one.
Few things you need to ensure if you are facing difficulty:
Critical Internet Explorer update needed
To provide better security and stability, all connections used by QuickBooks Desktop to access Intuit services will need to meet certain system requirements as per the new updates launched by Intuit. Make sure your Internet Explorer uses TLS 1.2 to keep features like Payroll, Online Banking, and Payments working. It can be download from QuickBooks Desktop updates.

For 2016 and newer versions
QuickBooks Pro Desktop for Windows:
- With QuickBooks open, press F2 on your keyboard.
- On the Product Information window, check the registration status at the right side of the License number.
If QuickBooks says ACTIVATED, you’re all set!
If QuickBooks is NOT ACTIVATED then follow below steps:
- Select OK to close the Product Information window.
- Go to the Help menu, then select Activate QuickBooks.
Note: For 2016, select Register QuickBooks. - Follow the on-screen prompts to verify your information, then complete the activation process.
