RE: What is causing QuickBooks Web Connector Error QBWC1085?
We are not able to sync information from an online portal for industry-specific Invoicing. This started all of a sudden, Web Connector fails to sync the information and the Error QBWC1085 occurs. The problem stills prevail after restarting the computer and we got our internet checked by the Comcast technicians. We also reported the issues to the company we have the portal subscription from. The technicians remoted into our computer to check the problem and confirmed that everything is fine from their end. None of their customers have reported such problems to them and suggested to get out computer and QuickBooks checked. Our computer is just okay and QuickBooks also looks working fine except the Web Connector Error QBWC1085. Honestly, I am not computer literate and couldn’t understand the information over the internet and apply the same.
