We are not able to sync information from an online portal for industry-specific Invoicing. This started all of a sudden, Web Connector fails to sync the information and the Error QBWC1085 occurs. The problem stills prevail after restarting the computer and we got our internet checked by the Comcast technicians. We also reported the issues to the company we have the portal subscription from. The technicians remoted into our computer to check the problem and confirmed that everything is fine from their end.
