Depending on the Cloud hosting provider, there can be several reasons why the QuickBooks application is freezing, it might be due to heavy load on the cloud server where QuickBooks is installed. If there are many users logged in to the cloud QuickBooks, try logging off few and then check if QuickBooks is working fine. You might have to Sign Out the windows user and then check if there is a difference.

Also, if QuickBooks is freezing while accessing a specific area with the company file, then you might have to check the file for any data damages by verifying the file.

If you are using QuickBooks on the cloud, depending upon the Administrator or the Cloud Service provider you might not have elevated permissions that can allow you to restart the server, the cloud server might be shared which means apart from you and the users within your company there might be other clients using QuickBooks on the same cloud server.

In order to restart you will be required to contact the provider and they will take care of it for you. Alternatively, you can reach out to a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor who can definitely help you.
