Unable to send accountant’s copy directly from QuickBooks

I was trying to send Accountant’s  copy from QuickBooks but it gives and internet error message

This Problem is Normally Caused in QuickBooks Due to Below Reasons:

  1. QuickBooks is not updated to the latest release.
  2. The Company File is  larger than 200 MB.
  3. The Internet connection is not working properly, has packet loss.
  4. Windows Firewall settings are blocking QuickBooks.
  5. Damages in the QuickBooks Company File.

Below Are Few Solutions That Can Help You Solve This Problem:

  1. Remove special characters from the Quickbooks Company file name.
  2. Download and Install the QuickBooks Release Update.
  3. If the Company File size is larger than 200 MB, then create a portable copy and restore it in a different location.
  4. Use QuickBooks File Doctor Utility to determine and Resolve Damages in the Company File.

Above solutions should help you resolve the problem, alternatively, you can create the Accountant’s copy and save it on your desktop, now you can upload and send it to your accountant via File Transfer Service such as DropBox, Google Drive etc.
