Getting spinning circle while trying to open QuickBooks online

I am getting a spinning circle on my Google Chrome browser every time I try to login in to QuickBooks Online. Whenever I check it on Mozilla Firefox, it works fine. There seems to be an issue with Chrome, I think?

Hello Janet!

Thanks for posting on our Community Forum.

This is probably an issue with your Google Chrome browser, as you suggested. It’s pretty frustrating when you are permanently unable to login using Chrome, so here are the recommended fixes to help you get back to work ASAP.

Solution 1: Use Incognito Mode

It could be a problem with your browsing history, your cache or the cookies you have saved. Simply open your Google Chrome, and press Ctrl+Shift+N on your keyboard. This should open incognito mode. Try and login from here before moving on to the next step.

Solution 2: Clear your cache/history

Go to your Chrome Settings:

  1. Find the history tab on the left.
  2. Click on Clear browsing data.
  3. Check the option for Browsing data.
  4. Check the option for Cookies.
  5. Check the option for Cached images.
  6. Click on clear browsing data.

This could also go a long way in speeding up your browser speed.

Solution 3: Try a different browser!

Why waste time if you think your Chrome is giving you an issue? Simply use any other QuickBooks compatible browser like Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer. If they work, then why not?

If you would still like help with fixing the issue, you are welcome to contact the QuickBooks Online Support Number at +1-855-875-1223. They should easily resolve your issue.

Hope this helps.

Cheers!
