Till last year I was operating on 2 computers for daily accounting activities. Now, as my business started flourishing and growing rapidly, I needed more than 5-6 computers. I have talked to my IT person and tried to get the setup done in the internal network. I have hired 6 more employees as well. The only thing I needed was more licenses on QuickBooks. I visited the official Intuit website and purchased 5 user licenses of QuickBooks Pro. I asked my IT guy to install the software on all of the computers. It was working fine until today when the Error code: H505 This company file is on another computer, and QuickBooks needs some help connecting appeared on my system. I pay my employees on hourly basis and they are unable to work now and need to fix QuickBooks error h505 asap.
