Whenever I am trying to login to my Company File, it prompts the QuickBooks Error 6189. Can someone help me resolve it?

Since I updated my QuickBooks application from QuickBooks Pro 2017 version to the QuickBooks 2019 version, I have been unable gain access to my account and I keep receiving the QuickBooks error 6189 error message. Can some please help me fix this issue as it has completely hindered my work?
