Why I am getting QuickBooks Error 121?

It is quite tough to manage this situation, we have bunch of routine tasks to be completed. QuickBooks Error 121 has set our day on a pause. Having searched on the internet and asked my IT person, I am not able to figure out the causes of QuickBooks Error 121 in my QuickBooks Point of Sale.
