How can I reprint a previous W-2 form for an employee?
In case you are subscribed for the Assisted Payroll Services from Intuit then you will be able to reprint the old W2’s for your employees.
Before you reprint, you need to ensure that below IRS guidelines are met:
- The W2 form that has been reprinted should say the word REISSUED STATEMENT on it
- Copies B, C, and 2 must be provided along with the form
- Filing instructions should also be provided along.
You can follow below steps to reprint W-2’s:
- Go to Payroll Center
- Click on File Forms
- Go to View/Print forms & W-2’s
- Enter your PIN
- Click OK
- Select the Employee
- Click View Reprints
- Click Continue
