How do I get my Gross Sales or Total Gross Receipts received or deposited into my bank account or from Sales Receipts?

My Gross Receipts, P&L Amounts do not include Sales Tax Amount. Is this normal, and if so PLEASE tell me how to generate a report or such that shows True Total Gross Receipts from my understanding, i.e. Sales amount including Sales Tax collected.
