I am trying to export a report from my QuickBooks to excel but the option for excel is greyed-out and cannot be accessed. Soon after that, my QuickBooks program started crashing as well. I tried to update the QuickBooks program but I still keep experiencing the same issue. Can anyone kindly assist me in getting rid of this error?
