Solution 1: Enable TLS 1.2 Protocol

  1. Firstly, open Internet Explorer 11 and ensure that you the latest version.
  2. Click the Gear icon on the upper right corner.
  3. Now, go to Internet Options and click on Advanced tab.
  4. Scroll down in the Security Section, unmark USE TLS 1.0 and mark USE TLS 1.2
  5. After that, click on Apply and Ok.
  6. Close all the running programs and restart your system.

Solution 2: Create a new company file

  1. If there are issues with your bank or servers, then follow these steps:
  2. Go to QB File menu and choose New Company
  3. Then, click on Express Start.
  4. Add the bank account facing problems.
  5. Set up the account for Bank Feeds on the new test company.
  6. Download Bank Feed Transactions to test the account.

Solution 3: Create and Merge Accounts

  1. First of all, right-click on the account facing problems.
  2. Now, choose Edit Account.
  3. Highlight the account name and click on Copy.
  4. You have to add (*) at the end of the account name.
  5. Now, click on Bank Feed Settings tab and select the option Deactivate All Online Services.
  6. After that, click on Save & Close.
  7. Next, click on Chart of Accountants and make a new account.
  8. Paste the account name by removing (*).
  9. Close the file and open it again. Click on Chart of Accountants with (*).
  10. Right-click on the account and choose Edit Account.
  11. Eliminate (*) and click on Save & Close.
  12. Click Yes when you see the Merge warning dialog box.
  13. Now, click on Set up an account for Bank Feeds.
  14. Finally, download transactions to the newly merged account.

Solution 4: Deactivate the Accounts Having Online Services

  1. Check the Include inactive option present at the bottom of the chart of accountants.
  2. You have Deactivate Bank Feeds for an inactivate account.
  3. Now, close and open the file again.
  4. Setup every account for Bank Feeds.
