There are two ways to fix this awful issue. In case, the first solution does not help, try doing it with the second.
Use the Task Manager to review the process that you are running. Also, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Tap on the sync now button.
Step 2: Open the Processes tab in Windows Task Manager.
Step 3: Search for dbmlsync.exe. Select and click on End Process.
