Use the Task Manager to review the process that you are running. Also, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Tap on sync now button.
Step 2: Open the Processes tab in Windows Task Manager.
Step 3: Search for dbmlsync.exe. Select and click on End Process.
To troubleshoot this problem, you need to verify if your Windows version is the most recent. If it is not up to date, then it can be a cause of problem. Make sure to update Windows.
Follow the steps below:
Step 1: In case, you have installed any antivirus or security application on your desktop previously, it is recommended for you to remove it.
Step 2: If the firewall is ON, turn it OFF.
Step 3: Make sure that you are not running too many applications at the same time while the troubleshooting process is going on.
Step 4: If the application was working previously with the security, check if the security is up to date.
Step 5: If you have recently installed any application, then please remove it immediately.
