  4. Select an option that allows you to back up the company file that you want to be compressed.
  5. Now, select the said file to verify and check the hosting of the file.
  6. Finally, let the processing of verification take its natural course and rebuilding will take place.

Note- If the problem prevails check if QuickBooks configuration you are using is up to date and is authentic. Also, check the computer you are using if it is properly hosting the file that you are working with.
