Solution 4: Execute a clean installation of QuickBooks in Selective Startup

To restart your system to a normal configuration

  1. Press Windows+R simultaneously on the keyboard to open the Run command.
  2. Type MSConfig, then choose OK.
  3. From the General tab, select Normal Startup and then click OK.
  4. On the System Configuration window, click Restart.
